The holidays are the BEST! We have great weather, family, friends, but most of all holiday baking! This morning, Fluffy and I decided to treat ourselves to some goodies. :: Video ::
PEE-Kake (short for: Peanut Butter Cake)
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Veggie Oil
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
All you have to do is mix it in that order and place it in a 350° F oven. 20-30 minutes..and you’re set!
- To decorate, you can use:
- 12 oz. Fat-Free Cream Cheese
- 2 tsp Honey
- Garnish with good ole’ BACON Bits!

I had to look at pee kake. But, is sugar, as in honey, healthy for the dog???

As for healthy, yes. I think a balance in their glucose levels is important..as long as it’s moderated. Honey has more energy versus regular sugar, which can give your dog more energy.
Because dogs have a pretty short digestive tract, some people food are hard to digest. But honey, has already been digested by the bees making it simple for them to digest.
